bobby car silent tires

a simple cover for the original Bobby car tires. I printed it from 95a TPU with 5 walls (i.e. 100 percent infill). I then glued it with superglue and it held better than I thought. I noticed that the tires wear differently. So it's better to print out each tire individually and then see if it fits. It doesn't have to be too tight because the superglue actually holds the tire well, but it shouldn't slip down again on its own either. My son's Bobby car is used and therefore has somewhat worn tires. I adapted it there. If it doesn't fit you can simply scale the tire a little. The Bobby car won't be silent, but it will be a lot quieter. Before, I always had a hard time hearing the cars that came behind me, but now I can hear them from far away. You can hardly hear it on smooth surfaces. In any case, it's better than nothing and also cheaper than the 25 euros that the original silent tires cost.

In any case, they have already passed the long-term test. My son drives several kilometers every day and apart from a little dirt they still look like new
