This is a new design for the Stacker F-Box silica containers which can be used as an add on to an existing box or a direct replacement. It has the following improvements over the original:
Base container is 10% lighter (31.2 vs 33.9 grams using PETG)
33% more silica capacity (115.5 vs 97.5 grams)
Easy load/discharge with a sliding lid and screw instead of the TPU plug
This makes it ideal for containers with filaments with long term and extreme humidity control like nylon, since 3 containers can be used per box and with this design you get the equivalent of 4 of the original ones
No supports are needed and it can be printed with 0% infill. An M3 screw is needed to secure the lid in place
Clear PETG is recommended so it can be used on filament dryers or related devices to redry the silica. Nylon should give you even better thermal clearance but I didn't try it. Stringing should not be a concern on the holes as long as they don't get clogged
DISCLAIMER: the 3d model sucks, I know. I ran it through mesh fixers and it's usable on both orca slicer and prusa slicer so that works for me, hope it does for you
