This is something I made up for more easily carrying the device around in a bag or jacket pocket. A work in progress.

Simple flat carry case for Heltec Wireless Stick Lite (v3) LoRa board; Busy Bee Digital 903063 3.7v 1800mah lipo battery; 915mhz drone antenna; a latching pushbutton switch.
Modeled in PLA on a Sovol SV07+
The WSL family of boards has no screen and thus doesn't need a window out to the world. This is so you can carry the unit around casually in your bag or in a large pocket. I wanted to keep the switch and antenna carefully covered from the world so they don't get banged up.
Layout is as shown in the photo. You will need to shorten some wires and make a harness containing the battery, the switch, and the JST connector that powers the board. Heltec ships the connector with the board. I superglued the switch in place, then covered the bare metal bits with liquid electrical tape to prevent accidental contact with the board.
See the main meshtastic discord group if you have any questions about how to operate this device. Andy Kirby has some nice videos on YouTube covering the subject. The antenna used here is the small drone-type antenna he said is remarkably effective.
