Ive drained a few sets of batteries just because the controller buttons got accidentally pressed in my backpack and the Wiimotes turned on. This case solves this problem.
There are two variants: Full and stubby. The stubby version stops right below the “2”-Button, the full version should also be able protect the Controller from drops. They both have a hook mechanism that hooks into the wristband - This keeps the Wiimotes inside the case and prevents them from just sliding out of the bottom.
I have also included a specific file for Resin printing that includes drain holes, FDM printers can use the generic model without the holes. On FDM machines the model should probably be printed with the open side towards the bottom of the build plate as this will hide any sagging on the angled part towards the top and minimizes support material. Be warned, I havent acutally tried printing this on an FDM printer, I've only made these cases with my resin printer.
When printed in resin, they should be oriented with the closed side towards the build plate, the drain holes are placed accordingly. Some support for the hook is also needed.
