Knob for M5 coach bolts, These bolts have a domed top and a 5x5x3mm square section below the dome.
I printed with 3 walls and 25% infill no supports. A small spot of glue might be needed to ensure the bolt does not fall out.
It was an accident that it looks a little like a spring flower.
