A shovel for your sink
A buddy asked me to design it for him, based on a commercial product he had seen somewhere at some point.
Find the right file
You are supposed to scoop the stuff to the corner of your sink, and then scoop it up. This means you need to figure out what radius the corner of your sink is.
Try finding af printable fillet gauge, or just do as my buddy did, and cut a piece of paper to match the sink corner, and measure it out on the paper with a ruler.
Files are named with the fillet radius of the tip of the shovel, measured in mm. So R10 in fillet radius of 10 mm.
I have made R10-R90. Original design was made for R10, so the R90 doesn't have the most optimal design with halv the area cut off by the fillet, but so be it for now. Do tell me if you need any more specific fillet.
Features
It is made to fit an 18x18 cm build plate.
Hole in the handle is for the option to tie a string to hang it.
The support for the handle is designed in CAD, because I wanted to try it, and the slicer-support left a really ugly bottom when I tried with that. With the CAD-designed support it came out much nicer. Feel free to delete the support body and use what ever support you might find better. The angle of the handle is 15 degrees.
Print setting notes
CAD-support it designed for 0,2 mm layer hight.

Support is easy to remove with PLA, not sure how well it will come off with PETG.
If you want it to go in the dishwasher or handle very hot water for long time, you probably need a more heat resistant material than normal PLA.
