I was fixing up my old computer for a friend and found that the buttons had all degraded, so I decided to model some replacements. These worked for me with no binding and smooth movement.
To print:
!!See photo for orientation!!. You will need supports. Printing it this way ensures the layer lines are inline with the tabs, making them much stronger.
Settings:
4 wall loops
Arachne wall generator
15% infill
0.2mm layer height

To install:
Remove the old button, place the spring into the new button, mash (carefully) back into the hole.
The fan cover simply slips on-top of the switch.
