Print without supports. i did .3 mm with 20% infill since these isn't a part you'll see once installed. You can print the top part twice or pair it with a bottom part to flare the earpads out a bit more, and have a more snug fit. I used audiotechnica replacement earpads i got on amazon but I am sure many generic brand earpads would fit. Take the foam pads off the Jabra headphones and slip these right over the earpieces.
