Guitar enclosures are usually made of metal, which means:

They are very sturdy, which they need to be, considering the abuse guitarists throw at them
They act as a Faraday cage to block RF interference, which guitar electronics are very sensitive to

Since I'm using plastic, the enclosure design is a bit involved. There's the outer shell (red), which screws together, and the inner support structure (black/copper), which slips into the outer shell with a very tight fit. There's basically no free room inside, so the enclosure ends up very strong, feeling almost solid. The switch, which typically takes the most punishment in a pedal, sits on about 1cm of solid plastic as well, so hopefully it's not going anywhere. 🤞

The inner structure is wrapped in copper tape on all sides and grounded... not quite as good as a proper enclosure, but it seems to be doing the job admirably. You should be able to adjust tolerances in the F360 file if the inner structure ends up feeling too loose, or if you want to use thicker copper plates instead of copper wire. Don't forget to add copper tap to the back of the faceplate to complete the shielding cage.

The electronics used are from BYOC (Lil Mouse, in my case). I only tested this with one 1590A-sized PCB, the Lil Mouse, and the specific components from BYOC. You'll likely have to make adjustments to the model to fit your specific components, and maybe need to tweak the PCB standoffs a bit too.

Files don't include artwork, just structure, so you can add whatever art you want.
