What I have done is short the tact switch via solder. That puts it into "continuous operation" mode.

Anywho, Print settings:
PLA
Scale XYZ = 50000 (I'll fix it later... Maybe :))
Wall/Bottom/Top layer count ~3-4
Infill 15%
