I have designed this disc that requires minimal support material and is effortless to print. If you decide to print this disc, here are some tips to help you. To carry out my experiment, I printed this disc in PLA. At 95% hexagon infill, it weighed perfectly at 170g. Remember when throwing this disc that it is understable so, release it on a hyzer, and it will flip up flat and even turn before fading out. It may require some practice, but you should try it today!
