This design clips on to most wire shelving that I've tried and uses the gravity of the spool to hold it in place while Z609 bearings (any will do) allow the spool to rotate smoothly assuming the inside diameter touches the bearings well. If not, the bearings can be removed and it should still work for most standard spool sizes. Really great for hanging spools above printers in closets. Optional spacer clips on to help keep spool over bearings.
