I wasn't really happy with the other versions I found here on Printables, plus I wanted to make them look as close to LTT's as I could.

The other version I printed before had a small spot for the magnets and I wanted a larger magnet for more pulling force. Plus I wanted some ring magnets with a counter sunk hole so I could secure them with brass inserts. I much prefer inserts over glue cause it isn't near as messy and much for satisfying to put together! haha

Lets talk magnets real quick. The magnets I used are from https://www.kjmagnetics.com/. They are super strong with a 7.15lb pulling force. (similar to the LTT arches) They are STRONG, so be careful when handling them as if they snap together really hard they will break which is another reason I wanted to use brass inserts and not glue so I can replace magnets if/when they break!

A note about the magnets from K&J. They are sold in sets! When they arrive they will be in two seperate baggies, one charged with the south pole facing up, and one with the north facing up. Use one from each stack so your arches will stick together to bundle up cables!

There is a small, medium, large, and XL size. They are sized almost exactly to LTT's. I also added a MONDO sized (115mm) in case you need a giant one! haha

Print settings/Materials:

Print with PETG .2 layer height with 4 perimeters (helps with strength and more material for the brass insert to melt into) and 15% cubic infill.

Can also get these magnets, stronger and a bit cheaper: https://totalelement.com/collections/countersunk-discs/products/5-8-x-1-8-inch-neodymium-rare-earth-countersunk-ring-magnets-n52-18-pack

The mounting plates can be mounted with either some double sided VHB tape or some #6 screws.

I added the STEP files in case you want to edit the size of the holes for magnets/inserts or make your own custom sized arches!
