I was inspired to create this by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2248307 because the positioning seemed ideal, but I wasn't able to get it to stay in place without using a sticky pad that looked ugly from the outside. I recreated the basic idea concept in CadQuery, and added an angled groove for the headliner lip to hold the print in place, and made it way smaller, since the groove holds it in place perfectly.
Print in a heat resistant filament with 100% infill, since it's tiny. I printed mine in ASA because I don't have black TPU available, but TPU probably has superior durability and grip against the glass (neither of which are problems for me, though)
You'll want to print this on its side so that the layers are perpendicular to downward forces, and the screw will be pulling the layers together in compression instead of trying to shear them apart.
