Habe von meinen Pillendosen bei meiner letzten Reise 2 verloren und brauchte Ersatz. Die Beschriftung hab ich mit dem Prusaslicer Text Tool gemacht. Wollte eine einfach Print in Place Variante die in meinen vorhandenen “Pillenturm” passt.
Hinweise zum Druck:
- Am besten die Döschen noch warm von der Platte nehmen und geschlossen abkühlen lassen.
- Beim Abnehmen von der Druckplatte darauf achten das dünne “Scharnier” nicht einzureißen. Ist mir bei einer Klappe passiert → beidseitig Tesa drauf und dann ist das vorerst kein Problem.
- Der Verschluss geht zu Anfangs ein wenig Streng. Bessert sich aber mit der Zeit.
- Schriftart der Beschriftung ist “Lovelo”.
Habe die Döschen jetzt 2 Monate im Einsatz. Wirklicher Langzeittest steht noch aus was das Scharnier betrifft. Ich biege die immer um wenn ich die Dosen befülle und weiß noch nicht wie lange das dünne Scharnier das mitmacht.
Update 31. Mai 2024: Döschen sind immer noch täglich in Benutzung und nach 5 Monaten schließen sie noch wunderbar und keins der dünnen Scharniere ist gerissen.

I lost 2 of my pill boxes on my last trip and needed replacements. I made the labeling with the Prusaslicer Text Tool. I wanted a simple print in place version that would fit into my existing "pill tower".
Notes on printing:
- It is best to remove the boxes from the plate while they are still warm and leave them to cool when closed.
- When removing from the printing plate, be careful not to tear the thin "hinge". It happened to me with one flap → put tape on both sides and then it's not a problem for the time being.
- The closure is a little tight at first. But improves with time.
- The font of the labeling is "Lovelo".
I have been using the boxes for 2 months now. The hinge has yet to undergo a real long-term test. I always bend them over when I fill the boxes and don't yet know how long the thin hinge will last.
Update 31. Mai 2024: The little containers are still in daily use and after 5 months they still close perfectly and none of the thin hinges have cracked.
