I had extra garage door openers, so I wanted them mounted just inside the garage door so I could close the door quickly when standing outside. The opener attaches to the Mount using the opener's spring clip so it's easily removed. That way I can loan them to house guests. The mount attaches to the wall with two #8 drywall screws.
