After about two weeks of emailing and calling Farpoint Astro about collimating my collimation laser, I decided to try it myself. This V block has a correctly sized step and inverted fillet in the groove to ensure the laser sits squarely in the block.
Printed with Prusament PETG, 0.2mm layer height, 3 walls, 15% gyroid infill, and otherwise default settings for my Prusa MK4.
As can be seen in the photo, I designed it to clamp to a workbench or heavy desk to ensure it's stationary for precise collimation.
