Description
This part is based on Jeroen van Zijp's "Bowden Locking Clamp Clip" (https://www.youmagine.com/designs/bowden-locking-clamp-clip). I specifically selected the 1.5MM version and made two modifications:
- I created a slight sweep up to make it easier to get under the connector.
I cut a slice out of the vertical cylinder to give it enough flex to get on but still hold tight.
Instructions
I successfully printed this on the Ultimaker 2 with:
- Form Fortura PLA
- 210C Head Temp
- 70C Bed Temp
- 0.1mm Layer Resolution
- 100% Infill
- 50mm/s
