This is a simple model of multibridge - channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor ( MBCFET ) - Nanosheet. Small tolerances are present for the sheets to pass through the “metal”. Other transistor types are also available. Three sheets are needed for the print to be complete.
