This is a little higher casing (beware that your X-stepper mount clears the casing) remix with a low height axial 80x80x10 mm fan in the lid.
To securely screw the lid (multiple times), brass inserts of thread x diam x height of M3 x 4 x 3 mm are used. Simply heat them and insert them into the lid casing attachment holes.
