I was unable to find a complete 3D model of the Original Prusa Enclosure, so I decided to make my own in Fusion 360. This .f3z includes the enclosure with all plastic parts but not the mounting hardware. This is a large assembly model with many components and joints and will take time to upload and activate, so give it some time. I have left the timeline intact so that you can step through the process of building this assembly if you want. I have not taken the time to name/label all the sketches and joints, so have fun figuring those out.
The model includes the add-on options for the advanced filter, hinged lid, LED lighting, quick release PSU cable. It also has three different top-lid configurations including the fixed version, the hinged metal top version, and a clear plastic hinged version (which I have also posted elsewhere as a separate model with print files and drawings). Several of the original Prusa plastic parts were only available as STL files, and I converted them to STEP and enhanced various attributes to facilitate joint structures within the Fusion model (hole center in particular).
