This is the latest in my ammo box range. I have included an updated latch mechanism with 2 inserts.

This is another iteration to improve the design.
There is only 2 parts to source: 2 x finish nails..1.6" or 1.6mm dia shank. The gasket is TPU 1.6mm dia. I have used PLA for the body and lid and PLA for the ammunition insert.
I have included an extra latch hinge which is .25mm longer should you find the latch has not enough tension.
I have used super glue to hold the nail shaft ( perhaps not necessary) and the gasket is a friction fit, which you could glue in if it loosens in the housing.
I have modified the insert so the spent cases don't get lost.
