Blender file is customisable - just remove the boolean operation to restore Caesar's head to his body if your printer is large enough to cater for it. Mine was not. Export with “Apply Modifiers”.

Disclaimer:

  • I'll leave knife safety in your hands. Be smart. To a 3yo, it probably looks fun to play with. Do not mix with children is probably your best bet. Or remix and include some knife covers. Or make it big enough that they don't protrude out the front.

Printing Tips:

  • Orientate head to be flat to the ground on his neck stump
  • Print in White so the CA glue doesn't cloud the plastic

Print Settings:

  • 20% Gyroid Infill
  • 4 perimeters for extra strength
  • Generic PETG

FAQ:

  • Won't plastic get into the teeth on the steak knives?

People on reddit were asking about plastic getting into the teeth of the steak knives. For my set, there's enough clearance above that you can raise the knife up enough to clear the teeth and get a smooth insertion/draw. You might have to tweak so the same is true for your knives.

  • Why not turn it around? Wouldn't that be more safe?

Because Caesar wasn't stabbed in the front is why hahaha.

  • Won't the head come off?

On mine, it hasn't yet and I pick it up by just the head all the time with a decently heavy set of knives inside.

UPDATE: Added 3MF Files, both with separate head and body and together for those with massive print bed volumes
