- Laser cut body from 3mm plywood and assemble with glue (the finger joints in the attached dxf actually do not fit perfectly together)
- 3D print nozzle (we used the 12.5 mm exit diameter) and wheel spacers.
- Put axles through body. Our axles were 1.5mm diameter.
- Put wheel spacers and wheels on axle. hot glue wheels to axles.
- Tape nozzle to body.
Things about this design that should be fixed that were never fixed because it's hard to spend the Time to make a thing Good when you have 5 other classes to do work for. Such is school.
- The holes in the base of the body are too large; marbles fall through. Our jerry-rigged solution was to cover the holes with a piece of paper.)
- Short walls (front and back) of body were incorrectly drawn; the finger joints don't fit perfectly.
- The nozzle should be attached without tape.
- Wheel spacers could be smaller in diameter (for better fit on axle).
