Wanted to have a small, compact sensor mount, as I am using the filament guide wheel: Ender 3 V3 KE Filament Guide Wheel
Tried several designs and positions, ultimately ended up with a little mount, added some nice chamfers to it.
Later I saw similar designs, though without a threaded hole for the sensor mount - might be a small advantage compared to the other designs. My Ender 3 V3 KE printed it well and assembly was flawless.
Print Info
Used following settings, and printed several parts already, seems stable and strong enough, with PLA:
Material: PLA
Walls: 3
Top/Bottom Layers: 5/3
Infill: 15%
Durability
Printed it originally with PLA in April 2024, now is March 2026, still holding...
