Created for my version of the MG328 tester. Check your size from the pictures. The PCB thickness is 1-1.1mm.

It requires four M2x8-12 screws and two pieces of transparent filament to be inserted and glued into the holes opposite the LEDs. Perhaps these holes need to be expanded with a 2mm drill.
