The 5th Element replica COVID Multipass with multi-component objects, ready for easy MMU2 color selection in PrusaSlicer.
This fits a U.S. COVID-19 Vaccination card (4 x 3 inches).
Parts need glued together (Epoxy or CA should work). Print 2 cubes for alignment of the three layers if you wish.
Print with Supports.
Contrary to the originating design, I flipped the bottom piece over since the observable side would otherwise have needed supports, which destroys the aesthetic.
I didn't have a good way to secure the card into the frame. For security, I just added a thin strip of clear packing tape.

For the Jewel, I borrowed that from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4931293, and then added a spacer to accommodate this design template.

Filament: Overture Space Gray; Overture Transparent Red; Overture White; Novamaker Clear Yellow
Notes: Printed the parts in 0.20 except for the jewel, which I printed at 0.10 b/c I felt like it.
Post-Printing
Glue pieces together. Epoxy and/or CA glue works well.
Clear Packing tape strip to secure COVID card.
