CNC DUST Shoe Dewalt 611

I needed a compact CNC dust boot for the Z1 fitted with a Dewalt 611

Only hardware needed are :

2ea M6x20 hex screws ( the M6 female threads are printed in the main body)

4ea 10x3 magnets (optional, i did not receive them yet but the boot holds perfectly in place)

The vacuum hose adapter i used is from a Dyson, the quick connect is excellent and it has a built in swivel.

And it's screwed in the main body with a big ACME thread, easy to print. But needs some minor cutting on the bottom lip to thread in the main body.

The bristles are from and old broom, glued to a leather strip and help in place with a tie wrap (DIY as we cannot find bristles strips in the local hardware stores)

Printed in ABS, 0.4mm, 0.25mm layer,4 walls, 4 top & bottom, 20% infill.

Needs supports, but if the printer is properly tuned they come out easy.

EDIT 26/04 : 

_Corrected the threads on the vacuum adapter, no more trimming  needed

-Added a shorter shoe

_Added 34mm OD hose adapter

_Dust shoe with stronger tabs

_Dust shoe and main body with added back magnets (8 in total)

The shoe with stronger latch can be used with the “old” main body without magnets and the shoe with magnets can also be used on the “old” body"
