How to print
Orientation: Place the text model on its side. This orientation will allow you to print without needing supports.
Adhesion: Ensure your printer bed is clean and level. If the first layer struggles to adhere, consider adding a brim to improve adhesion.
Nozzle and Layer Height:
- For a 0.6mm Nozzle: Use a layer height of up to 0.4mm for faster printing.
- For a 0.4mm Nozzle: You can use a layer height of 0.2mm for finer details.
Perimeters: Print with 2 perimeters (walls) if using a 0.6mm nozzle, and 3 perimeters if using a 0.4mm nozzle. This ensures structural integrity.
Infill: Use a 50% infill for stiffness if using a 0.6mm nozzle. For a 0.4mm nozzle, a high infill value is recommended for added strength.
