My M3 and M5 screws were bottoming out into the 2020 rail. They included 14mm M5 screws but not shorter M3 screws. I tried all sorts of things and gave up - I ended up just taking the original Voron z_joint_upper_x4.stl part and moving the two screw landings up 2.5mm. I measured the difference between my printed XY tensioner and this CNC model and it was 2.3mm.

The photo shows the original part on the left, and this new variation on the right. Hope it makes sense and it works perfectly for me!
