The cafeteria where I work had a knob on the flat top griddle that was missing the numbers to control the temperature. I took a few measurements, and designed a replacement in TinkerCad that has raised numbers so they don't wear off even if the color does. I printed it on the Qidi X-plus 3 in my department using Overture ABS, with .16layer height, 4 walls, 4 top & bottom layers, 20% rectilinear infill, and colored the numbers with a silver paint marker for easier visibility.
