This is 3D printed case which accomodates with cheap ODB2 connectors as this one :

The pcb (pdf format) is also linked in this "thing". It is a simple sided one with quite large tracks so that it is easy to build.
The choosen ESP32 board is a lolin32 lite, it is small enough to fit into the case.
