See photos for tips on keeping the pieces straight while adhering them together. I really like using SCIGRIP 4 (or 4C if you can find it), but I'm sure any cyanoacrylate adhesive would work just as well. If you do opt for the SCIGRIP, make sure to wear gloves and a respirator.
For the stakes themselves: I recommend using PrusaSlicer's “External Permitters First” option under print settings/layers and perimeters/advanced.
The clips should be printed without that setting.
