This is a scribe tool that uses "BIC Round Stic" style pen cartridges.
I saw a similar tool called “RazorScribe Ink”, but couldn't justify the ridiculous price tag. So, I modeled one in FreeCAD that uses standard, cheap cartridges from pens that you can literally buy 120 of for the price of the name-brand tool. Plus, you can get BIC pens in a lot more ink colors.
I've made two variants - one has a round end, and the other is squared. Both have a trapezoid on their other end. The cartridge is reversible and height adjustable, so you can get into most places with whichever end works best.
