It's a Gridfinity-compatible charging stand for the Pixel Watch (1 or 2), with some improvements. There are files for both PW1 and PW2 chargers as the PW2 charger (the one that has pins to charge instead of wireless charging) is a bit narrower.
Please note:
If you are using the PW2 and the rotating side button is on the left when upright, you will need to use the flipped versions of the model (ignore the cover image above, I realised that it would be upside-down after printing and instead cut a notch into the plastic to route the wire through).
Magnets/screws are strongly recommended, otherwise it will tip over every time you remove the watch. If you insist on not using them (for example if you have a lite baseplate as I do in the image) then either use double-sided tape on the bottom or print the model at a high infill level.
I would recommend printing on its side to minimise supports use, as shown below:
It takes about 22g of filament to print when using 15% infill.
