This is a minimum zip tie mount that mounts using a #6 wood screw. The opening in this bracket is for use with the mini zipties that came with the Prusa. The cross section of this zip tie is 1mm x 2.6mm.
The hole is low and has raiduses in such a way that the zip tie can compress correctly to secure even small wires.
Print at the high end of your chosen filament to ensure good and secure layer adhesion.
