A simple 200x200x0.3mm rectangle used to test the level-ness / Z-offset of your bed.
If you're not getting a solid rectangle, you'll need to adjust your Z-offset to be a little more negative (say, from -2.45 to -2.55).
If your filament is squishing too much, you'll need to adjust your Z-offset to be a little less negative (say, from -2.45 to -2.35).
