Due to the fact that the original sensor shoe mount by Wahoo is only usable up to a size of roughly 2.5cm for the laces/velcro fastener I made a version that is also suitable for wider laces - like on Triathlon shoes and also has a better mounting system than the original one.
With this model the sensor slips right away into a pocket and sits there snuggly and tight. The mount itself is put on the shoe via a loop that goes around the laces or velcro straps.
By default I did two versions for around 26mm and 43mm wide straps that would fit my Fizik R1 and Fizik Hydra. You can easily modify the simple loop in width to fit it to your shoe perfectly.
The Model was printed on a Prusa MK4 with Fillamentum Flexfill TPE 90A Sky Blue on standard profile settings for Fillamentum Flexfill TPE 92A. I printed at 70% of speed and needed a bit of adhesive spray so that the first layer sits nicely on the smooth print sheet for the whole run.
Printed with full support and the loop facing towards the ground sheet.
