This is my take on the Aggro Crag Trophy from Nickelodeon's Guts. It was one of my favorite shows as a kid and I always knew that I could have beaten the other kids to the top and thwarted the glitter cannons and foam boulders, but alas, was never given the chance.
This is a miniature version that I made specifically to fit as a single print on a Prusa MK3S+. I have a bigger multi-part per layer version that is 1:1 scale that I'll have out soon. I also took some liberties with the forward-facing angles as I like a cleaner profile better. I'll probably make another version for any of you looking for a more show-accurate look.
This was designed around using a smaller LED string light kit from Michaels. It ironically appears to be discontinued since purchasing it, but I have it modeled into the assembly design for you to emulate. I'm including the native SolidWorks CAD and Step files, so you can tweak it to accommodate another light/battery setup as you see fit.
I printed the base using regular black PLA filament and the mountain top is translucent green Prusament PETG. I did not include the obvious logo on the front as I was concerned about copyright issues, but I have it affixed to my trophy here at home. You may do as you please :-)
To assemble, I used M4 threaded inserts from McMaster on the battery door and M5 inserts for the Mountain to Base connection. I then used M4 x 10mm flat head screws and M5 x 10mm SHCS, respectively.
Hope that you enjoy!
