I remixed Hortalnc's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4337136 SKR / Pi enclosure to fit an SKR mini e3 v3. Since there is no need to access the e3 externally I rotated it as I saw fit.
I made a vertical orientation MOSFET for the SKR Pico, opting for this orientation due to personal wiring preferences. I adjusted my original mounting hole plan for the SKR e3 v3 due to wiring access issues, so this one should work fine for anyone. I personally found simply drilling out the rear to access hex nut installation locations to be the best option, but I plan to mount it back first against my printer enclosure. If you wish to replace those hex holes and opt for something like threaded inserts go ahead, I included the step file for editing.
Included a simplified STEP file of the SKR mini E3 V3 card itself, if you wish to edit the enclosure and want a good reference.
Chose between STL or STEP formats.

I chose to support some of the large bridges but I'm not certain what my printer can handle yet. You should know best.
How I Designed This ===================
Imported STEP file from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4337136 to Onshape
Imported STEP of the official SKR e3 v3 from github
Referenced mounts to transcribe measurements for mounting holes on e3 card.
Transcribed new mounting holes from e3 model to enclosure model and made some mounting points / extrusions.
I included files that I personally did not remix, nor print, so users can still get all the parts without needing to click around. If this is in poor taste let me know and I'll pull them.
Copied instructions from the original that I based this remix off of:
This is a control box made to hold up:
-raspberry pi 3/4
-BIQU SKR Mini E3 V3<
-50x50x10 fan
-two LM2596 DC-DC converters
-Multiple heated bed MOSFET
-Z axis multiplier
-two power switch
Things might seem tight inside, but it gives all components easy access to airflow, and physical maintenance. The box can be printed in a Prusa i3 printer with at least a 210x210 bed.
It has mounting screws holes for a profile on the bottom of the case and sides, ins order to be mounted in any position you need, if you need to mount it to an Ender 3, we recommend that you use the mirror function of Cura to make it fit. All holes have a +0.2mm size overcut to compensate overextrusion.
The list of required bolts might differ from one mounting to another, but the basic sizes are:
- M3 20mm for door hinges
- M3 20mm for fan enclosure
- M3 16mm for fan to door
- M3 8mm for electronic boards to box (some people suggested 6mm are good as well, as another alternative, M3 10mm with the 3mm spacers)
- M2.5 8mm for raspberry pi (some people have reported to use 6mm without problems)
- M4 to fix the board to profiles or structure
Important!!! the fan must be positioned to extract hot air from inside, not no blow, repeat, the fan takes air from inside the box, and blows it outside, otherwise it won't work properly and heat will cycle inside the box, provoking heat pockets near components. Also we recommend Delta fans, as they come in a 20ish db versions with 12 and 24v and in 50x50 size.
