The end cap for my Exposure Switch fell off. They do apparently have excellent customer service and I could get a replacement/repair, but I decided to make my own. Firstly for the challenge, and secondly because I think a deeper cap might be better than the original design which I believe is a shallow metal cap glued on, with a strip of foam tucked over the battery.
The model is intended to fit snugly (but not tightly) over the battery and pretty tightly into the light's body. It will push in fairly easily but due to the machining of the body it will hold itself in place tightly. You can remove it but you'll need to lever/walk it out each side alternately.
Update, Aug 2024: I've used this for a few months and after a lot of riding it randomly worked its way out and fell off. I'd suggest that anybody using this puts a small blob/ring of glue around when installing. Superglue is probably best since it should be brittle enough to remove if needed.
The example in the photos was printed in ASA-X on a Bambu P1S using the PEI engineering plate. I printed end-down which leaves a slightly rough appearance, if you want a smooth finish printing end-up with support might be better (it might print good enough without support actually, I haven't tried yet)
