I made it with some reference photos and some changes to look better.
Printed with 100% infill, 0,1 mm layer height.
Used black prusament for the key and the heart and a red one for the middle circle, then just press fit everything together (a bit of sanding if it doesnt fit), and glue the 2 halves together.
