A custom-designed adapter ring. This modification allows you to mount 6 blades instead of the standard 3.
Materials Needed:
- 3 x M4 x 8mm screws
- 6 x M4 x 6mm x 6mm inserts
Printing Specifications:
- Material: PETG
- Infill: 100%
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Installation Instructions:
- Press-fit the M4 x 6mm x 6mm inserts into the designated holes on the adapter ring.
- Remove the blades assembly from your Navimow i105e.
- Attach the adapter ring to the existing mounting points using M4 x 8mm screws and apply thread-locking compound for added security.
- Securely fasten 6 blades to the adapter ring using the original screws and apply thread-locking compound for added security.
- Ensure all components are tightly secured before operating the mower.
