Habe die Pumpe vor Jahrzehnten für meinen CNC-Kurs angefertigt. Aus Aluminium, Messing, Plexiglas und vier Schrauben M4. Drehte sich auch mit Druckluft.
Die beiden Zahnräder sind 0,2 mm kürzer und auch 0,2 mm weniger im Durchmesser als das Original. Muss vielleicht weiter für Ihre Zwecke angepasst werden. Die Kernlöcher für die Gewinde M4 und für G 1/8 Zoll sind vorhanden. Viel Spass!
I built the pump decades ago for my CNC course. Made of aluminium, brass, plexiglass and four screws M4. Also rotated with compressed air.
The two gears are 0.2 mm shorter and also 0.2 mm less in diameter than the original. May need to be further adapted for your purposes. The core holes for the threads M4 and for G 1/8 inches are available. Have fun!
