I needed a better venting 2.2 wheel for some silicone foam inserts i made. I came up with these. I haven't had any issues with the outer “Tabs” of the bead rings yet. But I haven't ran them too much yet.
Ive used PLA and also ASA for these and both work but in the summer I image that ASA or similar filament will be best with the heat.
Print them with 100% Infill.
Print 2 of the rings. One for the front and one for the back.
