Partner needed something to hold her cards while she uses a jewelry drill to punch holes where earrings can be placed. I decided to do her one better and include a cover with holes already set so that her placement is consistent.
You might need to sand the cover a bit as it tends to squeak when placed in but my partner prefers it this way because it will absolutely not budge once set in place.
Fits 2.5inx2in cards, which I'm told is the default size for earring cards.
