For FDM 3D printers I recommend printing with a nozzle smaller than 0.4mm, If a smaller nozzle is not used, the letters will be unreadable. 0.2mm nozzle is ideal, although 0.3mm should be small enough.
The battery cover is not identical to the original because it was modeled using measurements of the walkman and photos of the original cover. I did not have access to the original part.
