I took an already great design and added 1 inch m6 caster wheels to the bottom and a shelf to the top. I also made each frame thicker and switched to using 5/8" wooden dowel rods instead of steel rods.

The dowels were snug so you may have to use a hammer or mallet to gently get them in place.
