New addition to my modular lightsaber! Ahsoka Tano lightsaber from Clone Wars
Print instructions:
- No supports required
- Inner and outer body pieces should be printed with brim/additional adhesion
- Print core at 20%minimum, 40%+ recommended
- Rest of pieces 10% is sufficient, be careful with the outer body before inner pieces is added
- 0.2mm layer height
- 0.1mm height recommended for buttons
Constructions should be straight forward, parts are organized in order that they should be assembled:
- Slide inner body into outer casing, make sure the holes for the buttons line up on both pieces
- screw the core through the assembled body piece, over turn slightly to secure emitter to end of core
- screw back into place, add lower body and spacer, and finally the pommel
- slide the switch casing onto the body and snap in the switch, snap in the prongs to the top of the body, and screw in the buttons, two large on the bottom and small everywhere else
