A simple lego compatible baseplate designed to be plugged into a hexpansion slot on the Tildagon badge for EMF 2024.
I shall have some printed for the event ready to trade!
I could have made it any size really, but settled on a plate with 8x6 studs. I created it with Perfect Printable Bricks with the following settings:
- Type: Plate
- Top Type: Studs
- Width: 8
- Depth: 6
- Stud Outer Offset: 0.08
- Stud Height: 1.7
The stud outer offset was increased slightly from the default after testing with real bricks. I found this to be good for my Prusa MK4. I also kept the hexpansion mounting holes due to the potential wiggle of a large plate sticking out of the badge.
